Why hasn't my item shipped yet?
- Due to holidays or peak transportation seasons, delivery may be delayed. If the delay exceeds 3 days, we will notify you by email!
- Pre-order products are not shipped as same as normal orders, the estimated delivery date of pre-order products will be marked on the product page, please be noted.
